Welcome to the website of Respond, the ICT specialist in crisis management.
An event or threat may be the cause of a serious disruption of public order and safety or the continuity of your organisation. Individuals or material interests may be threatened or damaged. You want to take away the threat and/or limit the damage. Only then will you be able to prevent worse happening.

The right people need to be mobilised and given the correct information necessary to control the incident or crisis and to limit the damage. However, often the chaos of the calamity takes over and these people or services cannot be reached. Besides, the correct and up-to-date information concerning such matters, the procedures to be followed, the necessary equipment, the location of the calamity and the emergency organisations often proves to be not (easily) accessible.

Respond provides solutions to these issues. It enables organisations and individuals to (continue to) communicate and operate adequately during crisis situations.
